Sometimes, they have to make decisions that are not clearly black and white but could go either way. For those decisions, the head for the forum will make a decision when their views towards the world, values, and life will guide them.
Those decisions might be subjective and are against your views. But you should respect them since those are the privileges which come from their free services, it is a whole package.
