略減輕身久素齋，青蔬果潤費安排。
頻於五穀幹仁技，忘卻三葷燜烤差。
但為仁朋臨寒舍，重操故藝解饞懷。
溫香淬火精調味，瘦嫩肥酥一口乖。:+)) ~~~~~~
