尊敬的8老師，問個問題，EB2-NIW，排期不當前，還有一年。但由於疫情影響，麵試3月26日被re-scheduled了，4月13日也沒有麵試485被批了，綠卡也在製卡中，是否有疫情特殊政策？這種不current的情況下USCIS發的綠卡是否有效？多謝！

-It is seems it was a mistake. Did you receive the approval notice by mail or just find it online? If you just found it online, just ignore it. But if you receive the green card,  this approved green card is invlaid, so you need to contact USCIS to fix it in case you will have trouble in the futrue if you just use the immigrant benefits based on this green card.
