你也許會把我寫進曆史

用你尖刻、扭曲的謊言

是我的自信讓你不快？

你為何總是滿臉愁雲？

因我步履輕盈，如獲油井

隻需安坐家中隨意抽取

 

如月亮，如太陽

它們總會帶來有規律的潮汐

也如騰空出現的希望

你想看到我心力交瘁？

俯首垂眉？

雙肩塌落如無法收住的淚滴？

因過度悲傷而虛弱無比？

 

是我的傲慢冒犯了你？

你總是那樣心懷恐懼

因我笑聲爽朗，如獲金礦

它就在我的後院，供我隨時挖取

 

你可以言辭為彈，向我射擊

也可以眼神為劍，向我狂劈

甚至用你的仇恨，將我置於死地

但如空氣，我仍將升起

 

是我的性感煩擾了你？

它總是那樣令人驚奇

每當我翩翩起舞

就如胯下嵌著鑽石，光彩熠熠

 

走出標誌曆史恥辱的茅舍

我升起

走出令人傷懷的過去

我是黑色的海洋，咆躍且寬廣

在潮汐中我感受到了它的活力與張力

 

忘卻恐怖的黑夜

Does my sassiness upset you?

Bowed head and lowered eyes?

Does my haughtiness offend you?
