Someday you may find a dream is 累贅
Sometimes you may feel news
Wish you now 被癡情陶醉
Never ever
Information exchange, I guess, is the fundamental goal of any news, biased or unbiased. Values of information, however, vary dramatically. For example, the first English translator of the Holy Bible from Latin was ‘pursued for life’ by Roman church during his lifetime, due to the utmost precious value of the Bible in the latter’s eyes in part. On the contrary, witnesses to a crime may be awarded a decent amount by peacekeepers for their tips leading to justice. Of course, controversial information sometimes cost the freedom or even the life of speakers to the party who feels hurt gravely, right or wrong.
I share five news, as mini novels, below with friends who have similar social status to my mom, who brought me up from a spontaneous or even capricious kid, and who worked arduously when she could and left the world abruptly when she was aged. If you find it marketable, it may be coincidental. In any case, there is no value for identifying names, locations, and times of events, as they are synthesized or even fabricated to deliver gospel message to relevant readers (Matthew 13:10-17). However, my goal of authoring this short essay aligns with that of the English Christian hero: more lives are going to be saved from hell.

News 1. Mountain Lion
A mountain lion ran in front of me within ten yards on the trail in the slope of the southern bank of the American River between Howe Ave. and Watts Ave. this afternoon, while all my family members were walking on the trail. Praise the Lord, we are safe. Life is so good! You need to see the wild big cat running by to fully believe it.
I dreamed of a comforting Cartoon screen later: “A mother bear admonished her youths: ‘Do not attack humans. Are you starved to death? There are so many animals around here. Everyone who attacked humans disappeared quickly afterwards.’” Who knows if the bear and the mountain lion are related?
News 2.

Joke: Who am I
I love freedom, democracy, and dignity like U, but I differ from U as follows:
When U give me $300, I say “Good”.
When U give me $200, I say “Not bad”.
When U give me $10, I say “Ok”.
However,
If U ever ask for $1,
I will have to say: “I do not have authority, let me ask.”
The boss will smile kindly saying: “just give $5, okay?”
I will say: “let me check the rules.”
After a while, I will say: “Board meeting, next year.”

No news can surpass the wonder of the Good News (Gospel) brought by Jesus Christ and the revelation of mysteries by Holy Spirit, according to the Bible, as there is no new thing under heaven (Ecclesiastes 1:9). While each wise human holds a lamp, Jesus gives the light of life to all of us, including characters in the news above. Someday in the future, God will raise all humans from death, and Jesus Christ will judge with “Book of Life”: people with faith will live with Him forever, people without faith will be discarded into hell, as all have sinned (Revelation 20:11-15).
