The only two things originated from China that I still eat. Dumplings are Korean imported, frozen, with very thin wrappers. Russian dumplings are like those small, round ones in the picture, imported from Siberia or made somewhere in NYC. Noodles, mostly dyr noodles, buckwheat noodles, ramen, from the mom and pop shop we have here. We have one Asian market in the radiance of 50 to 60 miles. 

I don't like any other kind of Chinese dishes because it's hard to make. I don't have time or energy to cook and my children don't like them. They don't appreciate stir fries or roasted ducks.
