As a bit harsh discussion happened in workplace yesterday and I did it a bit personally, after dinner I chatted about it with my son who is in college. Surprisingly, he told me that what I did was absolutely ok but there is a better way. He said if he is in a similar situation, first, he would think of a real person that he can consider as his model; second, imagine what this person would do; that would be what he will be doing. In addition, he said, some people deal with situations with emotions, and usually they do not achieve expected results.
It is interesting, isn't it? I would defintely try it next time.
