I did not check your number but assume you are right:

Adelson is not going to receive money from government. It is government that is going to receive money from him and will receive less $2.3B less if Romney is elected.

And "who is going to pay for those?" What is "those"? we are certainly not going to pay Adelson, we are going to pay for defense, medicaid, food stamp, section 8 housing, etc.

So the more accurate way to phrase these is:

If Romney is elected, we are going to receive $2.3B less from Adelson, and $8.9B less from his heirs, all in the names of tax cut for economy. Who is going to pay for those (wars, air craft carriers, medicaid, foodstamp, section 8 housing, and big bird)? Not Romney, the hard working middle class will pay!
