說窮人不繳稅是不公平其實也不完全在理

因為窮人用得稅錢也比較少。 比如說公路是國家出錢修的， 好多窮人窮的連車都沒有，路自然用得少。 航空領域國家要花好多稅錢維持的， 而窮人連出本州的都不多。 另外海岸線也是了， 水域上是有錢人的船了， 水域是要國家的錢維護的。再像是什麽national park, hiking trail, bike trail之類的，窮人們一般也不大去的，因為那時閑情逸致嘛，小資和大款們才會有錢有心情。那照成的汙染是大家的是把。所以總的說來， 錢越多的人占用和消耗的社會資源也多。
