緊急求助！！朋友膝部嚴重受傷，求解讀MRI檢查結果，不勝感激！

朋友膝關節一星期前打羽毛球時不慎扭傷，在醫院做簡單處理後做保守治療，但久不見好。今日約做了MRI，剛想辦法獲取了報告，但發現術語太多無法看懂。最糟糕的是，今日也無法聯係上醫生解讀這個報告，而她周日就有長途出差任務。。。

心裏非常焦急，特向各位求助。有誰能看懂以下的報告麽？能否幫忙解讀一下？我情感上非常不願意朋友冒險出差。感謝感謝！！

Exam: MR Knee Right W/O Contrast

History: Knee pain. Patellar dislocation.

MRI of the right knee was performed in 3 planes without gadolinium.

There is a moderate size knee joint effusion. There is no evidence for a Baker's cyst. There is edema in the soft tissues particularly seen anteriorly and medially. There is edema seen within and around the distal vastus medialis muscle consistent with injury. Edema tracks inferiorly in the region of the medial retinaculum consistent with injury. The medial retinaculum is well-defined close to its patellar attachment but is poorly seen more posteriorly and medially. There is lateral subluxation of the patella with respect to the femur. However, bone marrow signal in the patella appears normal without evidence for edema or fracture. The lateral patella retinaculum appears intact.

There is bone marrow edema consistent with bone contusion involving the posterior aspect of the lateral femoral condyle. There is mild lateral subluxation of the tibia with respect to the femur.

The anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments appear intact.

The quadriceps and patella tendons appear intact.

There is edema around the medial collateral ligament. The mid MCL appears slightly indistinct with some mild ill-defined increased signal suggesting strain. The lateral collateral ligament appears intact.

There is mild ill-defined increased signal within the menisci consistent with mild intrasubstance degenerative change. No discrete meniscal tear is seen.

IMPRESSION:

1. Moderate sized knee joint effusion.

2. Edema within the soft tissues most pronounced anteriorly and medially centered on the medial retmaculum and distal vastus medialis muscle consistent with injury. There is lateral subluxation of the patella with respect to the femur but no evidence for bone contusion in the patella.

3. Bone marrow edema consistent with bone contusion involving the posterior aspect of the lateral femoral condyle.

4. Probable strain of the medial collateral ligament.
