Heritage foundation found? I am surprised Heritage foundation did not find that US is already a communist country.
Heath care insurance is part of health care industrial complex. It is the health care insurance industry that creates so much management overhead that drives up the cost of US health care system.
Let me also make it clear, just in case you don't know. Hospital closure occurs all the time. It happened before and it will happen again. If you want to show the point, give me statistics to show that the rate of closure shows an upward trend when the law takes effect. Other than that, I can also cite prosperous hospitals. I bet there are a lot of them, definitely more than one.
Besides, it is halarious to attribute a hospital closure to the law because it takes long long time for any hospital to get to that point. No offense, anybody who uses that to make a point is either intellectually dead or intellectually dishonest.
Government does not tell me what to eat. Neither does it tell anybody what insurance to buy. It only requires you to buy insurance. This not only happens now, it happened many many times in various states. MA has that. And, it was signed by law by Romney. Many states also require car insurance, if you don't know.
You can believe whatever you want. That's why we don't use polls to decide whether any law is constitutional or not. That's why US constitution designates SCOTUS to decide. If you want a poll to decide this, please change the constitution first.
