Day 1

2 Drive through River Oaks, looking at the mansions.

3 Explore the Menil Collection in the Montrose area, including the Rothko Chapel and Byzantine Fresco nearby.

4 Grab coffee and a snack at Brasil.

5 Before dusk, head to Buffalo Bayou and watch the bats emerge.

6 Take the METRORail downtown and dine at Sushi Raku.

7 Listen to live music at Warehouse Live.

• Day 2


• 1 Grab breakfast at the Hobbit Café.




• 2 Spend most of the day at Space Center Houston.




• 3 In the afternoon, head to nearby Kemah Boardwalk.




• 4 Dine at the Aquarium Restaurant.




• 5 Listen to live music on the dock while watching the sailboats.
