[A1] Liang Pi Cold Skin Noodles These bouncy and chewy "noodles" are made entirely of plain wheat flour (the cubes are not tofu, but gluten).Typically served with all of our proprietary sauces, this healthy, vegetarian dish is packed with flavor. It is served in a juicy cool mess that will have you wanting more. [A3] Buckwheat Cold Noodles A unique cold noodles dish. Dressed with the same vegetables, spices, and sauces as the Liang Pi Cold Skin Noodles, except with a dash of mustard oil for a kick in flavor. A delicious, healthy cold dish! [A3] Buckwheat Cold Noodles $4.50 to $5.00

Burgers

[B1] Stewed Pork Burger Stewed pork, soaked in a rich meat broth, diced into small pieces and stuffed into a crispy and warm bun. Soups

[C1] Lamb Meat Soup We simmer lamb meat and bones to make a rich broth, which we use in our lamb soup items. This is the basic lamb meat soup, with the lamb meat being boiled and sliced, along with rice noodles and cilantro. [C3] Lamb Treasures Soup "What is a lamb treasure?" That is one of the most frequently asked questions. Our general response is: "it is Mr. Lamb's treasures," or, "Mr. Lamb only has two of these treasures." If you cannot figure out what it is by now, you probably should stick with the lamb meat soup. However, if you are quiet the offalmeister, this soup is flavorful and full of nutrients. It is best described as sour, spicy, and tingly, with small chunks of pork. [N3] Mount Qi Pork Hand-Ripped Noodles (Spicy, Sour) $5.50 to $6.00	[N4] Stewed Pork Hand-Ripped Noodles Stewed pork served with our wide hand-pulled noodles. These noodles are flavored with the stew sauce that the pork is cooked in, so it is very rich in flavor, but not spicy (unless requested). [N4] Stewed Pork Hand-Ripped Noodles $5.50 to $6.00
[N5] Mount Qi Vegetables Hand-Ripped Noodles Similar to the Mount Qi Pork Hand-Pulled Noodles, except served with vegetables and is not spicy (unless requested). Have this vegetarian dish without sacrificing taste. [N5] Mount Qi Vegetables Hand-Ripped Noodles $5.50 to $6.00	[N6] Concubine's Chicken Hand-Ripped Noodles This is our newest addition to the noodles! The chicken is spicy and flavorful, and the flavoring is similar to the Stewed Pork Noodles, but being that it is chicken, gives it a different taste. [N8] Spicy Hot Oil Seared Hand-Ripped Noodles This ultra-spicy, vegetarian noodle is a little more special than all of the hand-ripped noodles on the menu. The name pretty much sums it up: it is noodles that is cooked and then our chili powder blend is spread on top of the noodles and seared by pouring hot boiling (soybean) oil over it, creating a fresh hot chili oil, and mixed in with the noodles. This dish is all about the noodles and spice (but of course, it does have a touch of cabbage to balance out the textures). [N8] Spicy Hot Oil Seared Hand-Ripped Noodles $5.50 to $6.00	[N9] Pork "Zha Jiang" Hand-Ripped Noodles "Zha Jiang Mian" is the actual name of this noodle dish. "Zha Jiang" refers to the pork with soy sauce that is used in these noodles. The sauce is savory with a bit of sweetness to it. [L1] Tiger Vegetables Salad (Cold & Spicy) Contrary to logic, there is no such thing as one vegetable that is called the "tiger vegetable," nor is this salad called "Tiger Vegetables Salad" because it resembles a tiger in appearance in any way. The reason is because this salad is packed with jalapeno peppers, along with flavorful greens such as cilantro and scallions, giving it a strong (fierce like a tiger, you can say) flavor. [L3] Spicy & Tingly Lamb Face Salad (Cold) Definitely one of our more unique dishes that are to be both enjoyed and experienced. The lamb face meat is composed of muscles and soft tendons, and has quite a medley of textures. It is dressed with vegetables, our house sauces, and tingly Chinese pepper.
