I cannot dial through since they changed the service. I purchased Wenxuecity Local Access King PIN, but since they changed the service provider, I could not dial out. I followed their instruction as follows but it NEVER works
1. dial local access number
2. enter 200# qfter haring a voice.
3, Hang up
4, dial th esame local accss number again. But I only hear " you have 36 minutes" and then nothing happened. I had at least 1000 minutes left.
Any one knows what;s worng, I contacted Local Access King and always get same instruction as above that is not working
