on the other hand, you may make $.  It's an investment. If your goal is to make $, then this may not be the best option to invest, but if your goal is to get green cards for all your family members, then this is a great way to go (particularly now the process is expedited as US needs the investment).  (I'm actually a consultant for an EB-5 company.)
