紐約和D.C.住宿交通請教

要帶老人(60+)和小孩(一個15個月, 一個4歲)紐約和D.C.玩6.5天. 請熟悉的人幫助看看怎麽安排合理些?

Arrival airport is Newark. Should we stay in Jersey City or Flushing? What would be the most convenient transportation from 紐約 to D.C.?
