今天我們一位中國鄰居來串門，她說她女婿上個月去了趟美國，一下買了五套政府的福利房，好像都在LA，說因為是政府的福利房，用來租給困難戶的，不知是政府幫著收還是政府幫著付房租，所以租金也有保證。問問這在美國的各位大俠，這些都是可能的嗎？要是真這樣，哥們兒也來淘淘金。。。
