A way for save Fukujima nucleus

I think a way that it make raining water in sky by army cannon shot bomb to deely sky many times to make become thunderstorm after broken cloudy by people manpower method over FUKUJIMA nucleus power factory in sky.

I am sorry to type English.My computer is not working in chinese and Japanese.I am living USA now.I was working and living in Japan many years ago.I am so sad and sorry for Japan.As a chinese in USA,I hope that God bless Japan and all people in Japan.I give all my best wish to Japan and all people in Japan and Good Luck will come to Japan.
