Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of

Earth's near-surface air and oceans since the mid-20th century and its projected continuation. Climate is something observed over time — 50 years or more. And what we're seeing is a change in what would be considered normal. A colder (even a couple of) winter for a part of the world won't say anything to against Global warming.
