The moon is setting, a raven caws, the air is frosty

江楓漁火對愁眠
Riverside maples, fishing lamps and me are all gloomy and sleepy

姑蘇城外寒山寺
Han-Shan temple sits the edge of Gu-Su town

夜半鍾聲到客船
While mission bell sounds, there reaches land a passenger boat
