幸好圍巾哥關鍵的時候給我拿主意

三周前差點兒就簽了一個曼哈頓豪華公寓的一年合同。一室一廳，月租金$5300。要是真簽了，我的壓力會很大。

現在想起來幸好在我拿不定主意的時候，他幫我做的決定。他是房地產方麵的專家博士。
