頭茬春蘑菇

昨天到西邊伊利湖畔遊逛，很幸運地看到幾個羊肚菇。

 

 

 

 

很新鮮的黃羊肚，個頭不小。這種蘑菇比較難找，去年一個也沒見，今年有點運氣。

同一林子看到雞背菇已經長大長老，過了可食期。

 

 

今天在我家附近找到幾簇新生的雞背菇，水嫩水嫩的。這種品相隻能在開春時碰上。

 

 

收拾一部分，跟昨天的三個羊肚，白油蠟腸合炒個家常小菜。

 

 

 

 

今天老頭我下廚，清炒自產厥菜，頭茬韭菜炒蛋。

 

 

給我家孩子娘過節了。
