沒有人高過法律，隻有服從 OCC and DFPI

OCC 是監管 National Bank 的機構，包括 comply with applicable laws and regulations. 
當然包括監督執法. 

DFPI: Department of financial protection & innovation, 也是監管機構.

 另外婚後財產一人一半，是法律，完全可以要求分割還沒有分割的財產.
