倒時差，睡不著。昨晚撐到9點上床睡覺，今早4點半醒了。醒來後玩會手機，下樓把客廳那層和一樓收拾了幹幹淨淨。

擦島台，吸地，拖地。。。。

今天打算收拾樓上兩層加所有衛生間。。。。

昨天翻冰箱，找到了冷凍的帶魚和醃好的韓國牛肉。。。早上解凍，晚上再炒3個素材。。。。。
