今天介紹一個櫻花蝦

以前買過一次，後來沒有了，前兩天買菜看到，就馬上囤幾盒。

它就是蝦皮，但比普通蝦皮大一點，品質也好很多。

可以用來拌白菜心，炒素菜，配餛飩。。。

今天炒了個西葫蘆。

昨天做的牛窩骨肉，今天熱一熱，更軟糯，我就小砂鍋，燜一杯米飯來享用這道好菜。

最後是淋了一些almond oil來，產生了一點兒小鍋巴。

肉汁也黏黏糊糊的，拌米飯非常好。
