過年想了幾個菜：

（活雞）白斬雞、客家鹵水鴨、清蒸魚（或椒鹽魚）、墨魚大咖大烤（墨魚和五花肉）、海皇羹（魚肚、蟹肉、幹貝等）、蒜蓉蒸鮑魚、點心臘味蘿卜糕

也有醃篤鮮（備），涼菜是自己曬的上海臘肉（上海醬油肉）、鹵鴨舌頭
