懷舊美食 黃米棗糕

以前過年家裏炸的黃米棗糕，讓回國的老公帶來一包大黃米麵，試試棗糕。

同時試試豆餡的，小時候在張家口吃過。

棗糕除了現炸現吃外，我喜歡第二天上籠蒸一下再吃，油炸香麵香棗香溶為一體，又軟糯，特別讓人回味。

我記得家裏過年做特別大的陣仗，我怎麽一會兒就做出來了啊，大概是量少，才三百克的麵。
