最近出遊：日本銀山和藏王溫泉，國內張家界

今天下雨，本來計劃天門山，決定在酒店裏呆著，今晚鳳凰的計劃也取消。傳幾張這段時間出遊的照片。所有圖片都壓縮得很厲害，否則上傳不了。

第二周在成都然後前幾天去了西昌，記憶最深的是爬瀘山，全是石階，走了22756步，爬樓193層。

這周在張家界，每天爬上爬下也是2萬步以上。這兩天在張家界森林公園的幾張
