今天中午吃 Artichoke

Artichoke 是偶爾才吃一次的菜. 中國以前沒有Artichoke. 

第一次吃是在一位美國朋友家. 桌子上放著一隻精致的小爐子，小爐子上的小罐子裏煮著butter, 一片片的 Artichoke 揪下來，沾著罐子裏的奶油吃. 覺得有點高雅.

簡化了一下，配 TradeJoe 買的 cream cheese 吃.
