俺早就決定了，六年前就開始學彈鋼琴，每天都有新的收獲，相信這個可以幫助俺延緩老年癡呆

還有每天唱唱歌，通過音樂練腦是中外多數研究機構肯定的延緩或防止老年癡呆的方法。

下麵這個是代表俺聲樂最高水平的一首歌，不是吹牛，如果俺說是軍藝碩士畢業的，也能蒙一些人的。家壇的阿寬就說過，和油管上軍藝某位碩士畢業生唱的【我愛五指山，我愛萬泉河】比，他更喜歡俺下麵唱的。記得阿寬說過，他家樓上的鄰居是總政歌舞團的馬玉濤，所以俺相信阿寬是有鑒別能力的。 ：）
