八十歲也可以是這樣子的

我在加州的cousin 回廣州， 她有好些年沒回去了。 我幫她聯係我姐和外甥女， 讓她們和cousin 見麵。 這是她們前幾天在勝利賓館吃飯的照片

我姐下個月就足八十歲了， 我覺得她算挺精神的。 她一個人住， 生活完全自理， 隻是每周請人來家搞一次衛生。她的經驗是每天出去小區走一下， 自己買菜煮飯。 常和朋友們聊天聚會。 我以後也會向她學習， 盡量在生活上自理。 多做家務
