一個蘑菇炒盤菜

今天出後院下林子，在河邊樹上看到榆平菇發出來了。

 

 

這個蘑菇巨大，近一磅重。

 

采了一大兩小三個蘑菇，下鍋裏幾乎都是大蘑菇片。

 

晚飯是簡單的蘑菇蓋澆麵

 

榆平菇是極鮮的，隻長在活的病樹上，通常隻出單個。碰到大的很運氣。
