我好興奮, 1,500 米蛙泳遊進 45 分鍾

我一般遊 48-50 分鍾左右.  前天是第一次進 45 分鍾, 主要是一楞頭青一進水就暗地裏挑戰我, 也 pushed me 遊快.  不過回家一查

A 1500-meter breaststroke time depends heavily on the swimmer's ability, but competitive swimmers can finish in approximately 18-20 minutes (around 1:12-1:20 per 100m) while a relaxed recreational swimmer might take 35-45 minutes or more. 

Damn, 原來我連 recreational swimmer 都不如, 哈哈.
