臀疼騰臀，腿頹退腿

昨天今天恢複倒走了。

健步如飛而退，耳邊風聲呼呼。

前兩天拔了一屁股罐，好像梨狀肌少疼點了。

但彎腰還是受限。

於是走完三公裏後刻意屈髖拉伸，後臀尖朝天，拉伸臀後肌肉和膕繩肌。

之後肌肉酸疼，甚至蓋過了本來的腰臀疼。

太有哲理了：自己創造一個疼，掩蓋本來的疼。

就好像大聲裝哭“嗚嗚嗚”，掩蓋心裏真正的悲傷。
