一個麵試的問題，我肯定是答錯了，非常頭大

我原來是在scripps工作的，認識了我的前老板，現在scripps有一份工作，比較輕鬆無聊，主要就是跟病人溝通的。我申請了，對方安排了Phone interview，聊起來我為啥從Scripps換到surgical center，這個很容易回答，因為生娃後需要更多時間陪娃，現在對方問我為啥要回scripps工作，我總不能說我要找個地方養老吧？所以我答我追求更高的挑戰，這個明顯是錯的，因為這個位置是養老的地方。對方不太滿意。如果大家遇到類似的問題，怎麽回？我估計要準備一下了
