慎入——上點重口味的

 

我有嚴重痔瘡，來美國前，發作時血流如注，比月經還多，曾經考慮到二龍路肛腸專科醫院做手術治療。到美國開始吃數量不多的生蔬菜，流血量大減。我繼續提高吃生蔬菜力度，最終痔瘡流血完全停止。綠汁還有極強通便效果。現在痔瘡已經不治自愈。
