今天午餐

168 fasting 還在進行中， 11點時吃了水煮蛋， 喝了一杯牛奶咖啡

這午餐的碳水還是比平常多， 平常隻吃salad with chicken 

昨天去做染發和剪發了， 每兩個半月就要染一次頭發， 老了真是麻煩
