back up your claims or "fact".   A police report# is not enough

As the other poster pointed out, you need to proofread the letter before you submit your request (Restrain order).  The letter has too many grammatical errors & malapropism (for example, do me a favor not do me a fever).  

The court could consider you disrespected when you can't construct a letter with proper English.
