講真，我覺得食品不應該不收稅！

有錢人花在食物上的錢肯定比窮人多很多。所以食品不應該免稅，準確地說，所有的消費稅都應該提高，然後再按家庭收入及人口數給予不同額度的退稅。這樣就能保證窮人不交/少交消費稅，同時不用替富人省錢。
