連續收到兩張超速罰單，限速30km/hr，時速41km就被罰

過去20年都沒有過，汽車不踩刹油門，都15km/hr, 30km/hr根本就不應該列入限速，如果真要限製，應該加Bumper, 加政府是窮瘋了。
