誰能告訴俺，高速限速110公裏每小時，告示牌警告超過150公裏每小時罰款一萬加拿大圓並吊銷駕照。

高速上90%的車速目測在120-140公裏每小時之間。

請問俺們怎樣遵守交通規則呢？如果車速在120公裏每小時算超速嗎？
