體檢做了個肺CT ，隻打印了個文字報告給我，，我可以要求圖像報告嗎？怎麽跟他們說？不知道他們能當場發email給我不？

N年前拍過X光，他們給了我CD碟片，回來後我電腦打不開的

這次我需要他們把結果email給我，他們都不寄來，是我去取當場打印出來的文字報告

現在的服務真是不好
