Horrible Customer Service -No Call Back

 

I was told I would receive a call within 2 hours, but I waited an entire day and never heard back. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. If a company can't even keep its word on a simple callback, how can they be trusted with anything else? Extremely disappointed with their lack of reliability and communication. Would not recommend!
