土豆燒牛肉

牛坑腩

焯水以後，加洋蔥，薑，小茴香籽，煮。

中間夾幾塊，加土豆，胡蘿卜，八角，醬油，高壓電飯煲做個午飯。

昨天的插花，修改了一下，用綠鈴草代替昨天的filler。
