鄭士琦（1873-1935）字蘊卿，譜名鄭餘琦，安徽肥東縣響導鄉南北份村人。安徽陸軍隨營學堂畢業。曾任北洋第五鎮軍官、第五師第十旅旅長。袁世凱死後附於皖係。曆任山東軍務幫辦、督軍等職。1925年受段祺瑞委任為濟威將軍，加陸軍上將銜，未到任即被排擠下台，閑居京津。
