My parents live in China

 my sister and her family are in Canada, and I am in the U.S. About eight years ago, my brother-in-law forced my parents out of their apartment, which is when my mother began to develop health issues. My father fell ill this May, and I returned to care for him for over a month. Although my sister doesn't work, my father paid for her and her daughter’s tickets to China so she could help care for him. Despite receiving the money, she made numerous excuses and ultimately refused to come. Unfortunately, my sister is quite self-centered and unreliable, so it's hard to depend on her for my parents' care
