湊熱鬧一起做月餅～～～（皮的配方加進帖子了）

中秋節到底是是幾月幾號哈？

 

冰皮月餅  30克/個

 

 

色素來自：胡蘿卜、斑斕香葉、牛奶、椰子醬

自己做的豆沙，加了少許花生醬增香

甜味：來自羅漢果糖

糯米粉60克、粘米粉60克、澄麵30克，液體（斑斕汁、或胡蘿卜汁、或牛奶）隻取一樣180ML

糖（我用無花果糖1.5大勺）、黃油30克

（這個分量的粉是做1次，一種顏色的）

麵漿過濾後蒸熟，涼了就可以包了
