我的皮的配方：

120克澄麵，100g土豆澱粉（留出50克），1/4小勺鹽、1大勺油，開水300ML

混合加開水、加蓋子燜1分鍾，再加另50克的土豆粉

 

皮拿擀麵杖擀到透底

開水鍋5分鍾即可
