跟著丁班做油條

 

以前做的是小高姐版的，更酥脆，但還要加蘇打粉

丁班版的是雞蛋取代小蘇打，更健康些

 

 

 

 

 

一樣開油鍋，順便做了豆豉鳳爪

我在後花園炸炸炸

裏麵豆漿機也在忙

 

我的鹹豆花，家裏其他人吃甜的豆漿

 

 

淋上鮮抽，辣油～～滾燙的鹹豆漿開吃

 

我們上海的鹹豆漿就是這種稀稀的，我回去時特地跑去人家後廚去看的
