我最愛吃排骨燉豆角 得是自家種的搭架的豆角 不是西人的四季豆

1 用鐵鍋燉，補鐵。我家每年都種，昨天去親家地裏種了，2娃也愛吃。我今天做了，豆角開水炒後快速拔涼，裝袋速凍，慢慢吃。
